Neuropathy Treatment for Sensory Changes in Forest Park, Georgia

Neuropathy treatment focuses on the symptoms that make walking, standing, sleeping, or daily tasks harder. Numbness, tingling, burning pain, and nerve irritation can have different causes, so the first decision is whether chiropractic care fits your needs.

Our team reviews your health history, performs an exam, and uses digital or 3D X-ray technology when clinically indicated. We then discuss a personalized treatment plan. The plan may include spinal decompression, soft tissue therapy, corrective exercises, or electrical stimulation.

This service supports care planning and symptom management. It does not replace medical evaluation for serious or worsening symptoms. Seek urgent medical care for sudden weakness, loss of bladder or bowel control, severe injury, or other serious warning signs.

  • Bring a list of current symptoms and health concerns.
  • Expect a health history and physical exam before treatment choices are made.
  • Ask how manual therapy, rehabilitation, or electrical stimulation fits your goals.
  • Discuss any symptom that is sudden, severe, or getting worse.

How this care supports daily movement

Rehabilitation can help you work toward steadier movement and better daily function.

Same-day appointments can make it easier to discuss new concerns during weekday clinic hours.

What to consider before choosing neuropathy care

Start with a full symptom review

Sensory changes can come from several health issues. We review your history and exam findings before selecting manual therapy, spinal care, or exercises.

Match treatment to your goals

Patients seeking support for walking, sleep, work, or daily comfort may need different care plans. We discuss your goals before setting the next steps.

Know when another service fits

Chiropractic care is not the right first step for every symptom. Sudden weakness, severe injury, or serious medical warning signs need prompt medical evaluation.

When this service is the right fit

A person in Forest Park with burning feet after work may ask whether hands-on care or exercise support fits. We would first review the symptom pattern, health history, and movement findings before discussing treatment options.

I’ve always wanted to go to a Chiropractor but never did, however, God has an interesting way of getting our attention and giving us what we need. I was involved in an auto accident and came here for relief and treatment. Dr. Weldon and his staff are patient and very attentive. I was nervous about some things prior to being a patient and they walked me through every step of my treatment. It’s a gradual build to the adjustments, however, trusting the process is a part of the process and I’m excited to experience my final results because I’m beyond pleased so far. Good parking, safe location, clean facility, clean bathrooms, clean waiting area, knowledgeable, cares about you as a person and your healing, and flexible availability.

I have used this clinic twice for treatment after an accident and both times they were phenomenal! It’s clean, the employees are nice & very well spoken and the process to get in, be seen and receive treatment is quick. The doctor is also very thorough and ready to help. I truly appreciate them and would recommend their clinic to anyone needing chiropractic services.

Questions about care for numbness and burning pain

What does the first visit look at before treatment starts?

The first visit reviews your health history, symptoms, movement, and care goals.

  • We complete a new patient intake.
  • We perform an examination.
  • We use digital or 3D X-rays when clinically indicated.
  • We explain the report of findings and possible care plan.

Patients can ask questions before treatment begins.

Which warning signs need medical care instead of chiropractic care?

Sudden weakness, loss of bladder or bowel control, severe injury, or rapidly worsening symptoms need prompt medical evaluation. Chiropractic care may support selected nerve-related concerns, but it isn’t the right first step for every symptom. Tell us about changes in strength, balance, or sensation so we can guide the next decision safely.

How does the clinic decide whether electrical stimulation fits?

Electrical stimulation fits only when the symptom history, health review, and treatment goals support its use. We discuss the purpose of the method before adding it to care. Patients should share relevant health conditions, implanted devices, and past treatment concerns. Our team can then choose manual therapy, exercises, or another option when stimulation isn’t suitable.

When should someone request an assessment for burning pain?

Burning pain that continues, spreads, or interferes with sleep and daily tasks deserves an assessment. The visit helps us review the pattern and check related movement concerns. Same-day appointments are available Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM. Sudden severe symptoms still call for prompt medical care.

Why might a care plan include exercises after hands-on treatment?

Corrective exercises help patients practice movement between visits and support the goals discussed during care planning. We select exercises based on the examination, comfort, and daily needs. A plan may also include rehabilitation, massage therapy, or spinal decompression. Patients should report any exercise that increases symptoms so we can review it.
